Product Description:

Edta管适用于一般的血液测试,nd the first choice for blood routine, glycosylated hemoglobin, and blood group tests. Also suitable for PCR test. Spray 100ml of 2.7% EDTA-K2 solution on the inner wall of the vacuum tube, blow-dry at 45°C, collect blood to 2ml, immediately invert the blood and mix it 5-8 times, and mix it for later use. The sample type is whole blood, which needs to be mixed before use.

It is not suitable for coagulation test and platelet function test. It is also not suitable for the determination of calcium ion, potassium ion, sodium ion, iron ion, alkaline phosphatase, creatine kinase and leucine aminopeptidase.

Usage: Applying to blood clotting (PT, APTT, coagulation factor) test for clinical examination. The concentration of sodium citrate is 109mol/L and the accurate ratio of blood and anticoagulant is 9:1.
